The Lord is my shepherd,
I shall not want,
He makes me lie down on green pastures,
He leads me beside still waters,
He restores my soul.
He leads me on the path of righteousness for his name's sake.
Though I walk in the valley of the shadow of death,
No evil will I fear,
Your crook and your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a banquet for me in the sight of my foes,
You anoint my head with oil,
And my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.
And in the Lord's house I shall dwell for ever.

(I keep thinking of my late father every time I hear this psalm. Rest in peace, dad!)
